Process

I was responsible for Loop's identity redesign and lead the design of new feature functionality. Loop's product strategy was changed to focus on sending Stickers via mobile app in order to keep up with competition. My redesign efforts resulted in creating a new Loop logo, new icon set, color palette and update to the user experience to make sending stickers easier and more enjoyable. The process involved research and usability testing on how users would want to communicate using stickers. I then worked on improving user flows to access stickers in the chat screen and added features to suggest stickers for users to use just by typing keywords.
